- Can I change some of the items in the bar package?
You are allowed to make any changes to the items and we will do our best to accommodate them.
- How do I decide on how many alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to order?
Depending on the type of function and expected guests, we will advise you on a case-to-case basis. Generally, you can order based on the expected headcount attending the function. From our experience, most guests stop at 3 drinks for a 4 hour event.
- What are the types of drinks you serve?
We are able to serve alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, wines, champagnes, beers, as well as non-alcoholic drinks.
- Can I specify the type of cocktails to be served at my function?
Yes you can. We will tailor the package according to your needs.
- What are the brands of liquors, spirits, beers, wines and champagnes do you carry?
We carry almost every brand and there is no request that we cannot cater to.
- Can I rent additional equipments?

- How many days in advance do I have to place my booking?
Preferably 7 days in advance so that we can plan your party or function. However, we are able to make special arrangements even if it is an urgent case.
- What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $300.00 and above. There will be a $60.00 delivery charge if the minimum order is not met.
- What are your payment terms?
There are three methods of payment – Cheque, Bank Trasfer or Cash. We require a deposit of 50%. For cheque payments, please make the cheque payable to “Exquisite Events” and include your address at the back of the cheque for easy reference.
